Sharp Mobile Homes has the experience, training, and certification to move and/or set your mobile, manufactured, or modular home.

Services
We provide a variety of services, some of the more common are listed below.
Moving / Transport
Long distance, short runs, singles, doubles, to the city, or to the country, we can deliver.
Home Setup
We can set everything from construction trailers on pads, to singles on a slab, and double-wides on a basement. No job is too big or too small.
Re-Leveling
Due to foundation shifts and/or incorrect installation, mobile homes can move out of level. Initial evidence for this can be doors that start to stick or sloping floors. If not fixed, this can cause long-term damage to your home.
Tie-Downs
We live in tornado alley, don't take your chances with a home that is not properly secured to the ground or a foundation.
Utility Connections
What's a house without water, sewer, gas lines, etc.? Some or all of these connections can be made as part of a home setup.
Contractors
If you have a need we can't take car of, chances are we can make a recommendation for a trusted contractor.

Single Wide Homes

Last summer our school contracted to purchase two modular units from Lee’s Summit and move them to Blue Springs. We were under a tight move schedule and at the last minute our mover dropped out. We were in a real bind.
Someone suggested Sharp Mobile Homes and we contacted them. They could not promise a quick completion date but said they would do everything possible to get the initial move completed on time.
That is exactly what happened. Chuck and his crew made a seamless move just in time. They also completed the modular set up timely which required many piers.
The Sharps and their crew were always easy to contact, polite and willing to answer my many questions. They also seemed to enjoy their jobs and working together. Without them, our project would have most likely been terminated.
